It has been one of those weeks. Full of both pain and happiness. Last weekend my dog Paint became very ill and passed away. He would have been 16 in January. We got him when he was around 10 months old. He was found wandering a highway. I often said he was all beauty and no brains lol. He never played with toys, played fetch, or anything like that. He always just wanted love and attention. Such a sweet, sweet boy. He will be sorely missed.
The week ended on a much happier note. My best friend Andrea got married. I'm so overjoyed for her and her new husband. It took them a while to find one another, but now they have. I wish them many wonderful and blessed years together. I was very fortunate to be able to make the wedding cupcakes. It was a very small family wedding. In keeping with the season, the wedding colors were orange and silver/grey. Unfortunately, I forgot my camera, but my hubby snapped a few shots of the cupcakes with his phone for me.
Tomorrow I'll bring you some of the yummy projects I've been working on. Some time this week I have to work on swaps for the Stampin Up Regional meeting this Saturday. Nothing like having a time crunch ;)

I am so sorry for the loss of your long time love, Paint. Our lovely Nikki was much like your Paint, only cared with snuggling close and being loved. Not too interested in doing dog things. She has been gone for nearly three years and is still missed.
Glad your week could end with such a joyous event such as a wedding! Have fun at Regionals and good luck with the swaps!
