My other 2 Valentine cards feature shimmer accents. I'm so excited that Stampin' Up! had decided to continue offering the Shimmer Paints! These have been wildly popular and are now a write-in item since they are not pictured in the upcoming catalogs. The Shimmer paints have been so fun to work with. Probably the only thing I don't like about them is that they do NOT photograph well lol. It's so hard to capture that shimmer in a photo. It's so pretty in real life. I did photo them in more direct sunlight to try and show the shimmer.
The first card uses the Shimmer Paint. The main heart image was inked with Ruby Red Classic Ink, then I sponged the Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint on the image and stamped. The second card uses a product we've carried for a long time - Shimmery White Cardstock. It gives an elegant accent to any project.
