This card features the Debossing technique like yesterday's samples. You can view those HERE for a detailed description. What I also added to this card, was shimmer paint on the ribbon. I sponged the Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint onto the Kraft taffeta ribbon for some added shimmeriness :) The color is a bit distorted in my photo, but this card uses Ruby Red card stock and goes so well with the shimmer paint.
Supplies: Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set, Ruby Red card stock, Kraft card stock, Ruby Red Classic Ink, Kraft taffeta ribbon, Modern Label Punch, Small Oval Punch, Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint, Sponge Dauber, Manhattan Flower Embossing Folder, Sizzix Big Shot, Stampin Dimensionals
For this card, I sponged the Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint on the baroque pattern of the Stampin' Up Backgrounds 1 Texturz plate. Layer Confetti Cream cardstock and run it through the Big Shot. I considered sponging Soft Suede Ink on the raised areas to give them more definition, but decided to leave it with a softer look. I stamped 2 of the medallion images from Baroque Motifs stamp set then punched them out with 2 sizes of circle punches. The center one is popped up on a dimensional. I sponged the Vanilla taffeta with the Shimmer Mist as well.
