I love how this simple card packs such a punch! OK, bad pun, but seriously, this card is so simple but super fun. I love the bright colors. Simply use the Word Window punch to punch out multiple colors of cardstock, then line them up as a stripe across your card. The original card was presented by Tammy Fite at the Stampin' Up! regional seminar in Albuquerque, NM. You can see it HERE. I changed it a little by adding some new In Colors as well as using a colored base. Having that extra layer makes adding the ribbon easier.
